Sometimes security policies require even service accounts to change passwords. For dashboard mailer you can update the password in the Prognosis passwords configuration. change the password for the password entry "Automation:dashboard-mailer"
- in the node navigator expand your node
- expand configurations
- right click on passwords
- update the password for the entry "Automation:dashboard-mailer"
if you are still having issues you can let support know but then this will be passed onto Professional Services as Dashboard Mailer is s Professional Services solution.
