Creating a CRAFacts for collecting Call REcording Assurance diagnostics Video,

For cases related to Call Recording Assurance (CRA), additional diagnostics information is needed as an IRFax doesn't contain CRA specific logs and configurations.

To create a CRAFacts:

Go to Prognosis\Server\x64 folder

Double-click the “irCRAFacts.exe” file

The diagnostics file will be output to the “\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\CraFacts” folder. 

Zip the crafacts folder and attach to the case
