Code '146' Token

Has anyone seen this error before?  If so, can you offer any assistance on how to get it resolved?

ERROR: PQL encountered an error:
Error - Code '146' Token '' Message 'Access denied'

IR Support engineers allude to resetting roll based security.  So far, I've not been able to find a procedure on how to do that.

Hello Joe, 

There is a command to default the postgres database, however it is recommended to always work with IR Support if this is needed. Since there is already a case open for this issue, please continue to work with IR Support.
