Client GUI Keeps timing out after opening a number of displays, and with wvlog error "Disconnecting due to queue limit exceeded IRGUI#303"

If a network connection is slow, congested or drops out then IRNETRTR will store the requested data in memory and send it off as soon as it can. If that data in memory exceeds a 'queue memory limit' then IRNETRTR will write an error to wvlog. Example:
2001-06-04 16:58:42 S-05162072 msgmgrp 05484 IRNETRTR 7.04.03 000302 - Disconnecting due to queue limit exceeded IRGUI#303 at Node \THIRA limit is 10 MB.
That limit default is 10MB but can be set in irNETRTR.ini file (on Unix and NT, irnetrtr.ini, or, on NSK, IRNETRTI )
[Limits]
GUIQueueMemoryLimit=n

Note that SendQ and RemSendQ fields in the PrognosisConnection (PCONNECT) record show ongoing memory queue usage of irnetrtr (and of other processes such as irpqlsrv for serving Web UI dashboards). These fields can help identify if high memory usage is caused by queuing.
