Can Prognosis monitor SCSR from Cisco CUCM?
Hadnt heard of it until today but have had 2 seperate customer enquiries in past 24 hours!
Principally interested in Hosted CUCM applications deliverd both over MPLS and over the top internet for Hard end points and soft - Jabber migrating to Webex App.
Also be intyerested in same for Webex Calling services.

Prognosis does not currently natively support Cisco Cloud Services Routers. Basic things like ping availability can be configured, but nothing with data specific to CSR.
The best option is to contact the Account Manager to see if a custom solution is available or use the Product Commitment (PC) process to request this feature be added to a future release of Prognosis.
thanks for the response - Iwas rushing out the door when I did the OP and we might be at crossed purposes as a result - ably assisted by 'pesky' abbreviations that can mean several things!
The questions to me have been about Severely Concealed Seconds Ratio - which I understamd is a VQ measure (obviouslyt oi am trying to understnd hence the question)

Thank you for the clarification.
"Severely Concealed Seconds" is a field in Prognosis record CallManagerCall (CMCALL), but I do not see a "Severely Concealed Seconds Ratio" field in the record. The "Severely Concealed Seconds" data can be used as raw data or as part of a calculation to determine the Ratio.
You can use this Prognosis Online Help page to view the CMCALL record field definitions:
Once on the page, enter cmcall into the text field and press Enter to search for the record.
