Cannot apply z1200p02-win patch for Prognosis 12 with z1200p01 installed

The first warning received from the installer:

 

ERROR: Script prodbash.pl in patch C:\z1200p02-win\PATCHES\z1200p02-win.gz failed
ERROR: Installation of patch z1200p02 (in file C:\z1200p02-win\PATCHES\z1200p02-win.gz) failed. Attempting rollback

 

After deleting "00000002-z1200p02 Server/x64/irprdbsh.exe" entry in catalog file under "C:\Prognosis\Patches" as suggested by similar cases mentioned in older posts , the second warning is received:

 

WARNING: unable to update defssrv:
ERROR: Script win_remove_rtp_add_a2a.pl in patch C:\z1200p02-win\PATCHES\z1200p02-win.gz failed
ERROR: Installation of patch z1200p02 (in file C:\z1200p02-win\PATCHES\z1200p02-win.gz) failed. Attempting rollback

Hi @tony_li . Patch 2 for 12.0 was just re-released yesterday. Please be sure to download the new patch.

If installing the new updated patch 2 on a system that had the old patch 2 attempted on it and failed, there will be some files that will need to be manually updated. You will know this by a Warning that will come up after the install that says it failed to update the Defssrv and the Defscnf files. Just submit a support ticket with those two mentioned files in the warning and we will update them and get them back over to you.

I have installed the new version of patch 02. Same error is given out. I would open a support case for following up. Thanks for advice.
