No you cannot skip versions when upgrading Path Inisght.
ie; if you are currently on version 9 and wanting to upgrade to version 11, you must upgrade to version 10 before version 11.
What is best practice for upgrading?
- Stop the Path Insight Service
- Backup the Path Insight Folder
- Commence Upgrade.. Do not skip major version. upgrade 9 to 10 and then 10 to 11
