AVAYA - AEP showing unreachable

AEP is showing unreachable. When doing an SNMP walk it returns a "Timeout: No response" message.

Re: AVAYA - AEP showing unreachable

We have seen a few instances where a customer has reported that they are having issues with monitoring AVAYA Contact AEP. They might be reporting "AEP is showing unreachable".

Restarting the collector doesn't work.

When doing an SNMP walk it returns a "Timeout: No response" message.

The customer's reached out to AVAYA, they came back with the SNMP service in that server was showing as “Locked”.

This is a fix on AVAYA's end that involve's them doing a “SNMPservice” reset.
