I've been create atm transaction reporting display on Prognosis desktop, that record from one of NonStop System Node (ex: \DC1) "database collection", and then i've deployed it to Web UI. Why that display didn't show up?
Web UI Error Message: Failed to connect to Prognosis. Please check if the Web server is running and try refreshing your web browser.
Hi Ponco,
Assuming the reporting document is web report for ATM transaction, not database replay. For web reports, it needs to be added into the web report central, and with the proper publishing profile configured and the user role assigned to it. Please refer to Prognosis Online Help for detailed infomration on how to configure and publish the snapshots report.
Also please make sure the report shows data properly in Prognosis Client before pubslih it.
This report building usually needs extra work to create and test the report based on the specific reporting requirements. If you need any assistance on the custom reporting please contact IR account manager to discuss, our Professional Service team will be available to assist.
Thanks
David
I cannot read the error on the screen.. but as David mentioned you can add the report to the report screen and apply a schedule for it to run or leave it adhoc as well as reports generally also work as a key display. In either case you need to have the full URL referencing the database node.
To get the proper URL a good reference is using on of the out of box displays or reports.
In either case you need minimally &rptdatabasenode and ideally also &rptDatabaseName.
