How can I address the scenario where CUP - Cisco Unified Presence Reports in the Web UI are empty. Is there any interface I can use to put the databases and jobs in place for the reports to display data?
Yes there are 2 supported methods for putting the databases and jobs in place. One method is using the Web UI Admin interface and the other method is by using the Prognossis Client.
If you have this situation - CUP Reports empty with either:
- no data and no error
- no data and a "database does not exist" error.
Steps in the video:
- Through the Web UI - Admin - Monitoring node - Cluster, tick the "Start standard databases and Thresholds" Update button
- Through the Prognosis Client on monitoring node - Home/UCC Welcome - CUP '>>' - Cluster - Configuration - Reporting databases - Start
