Prognosis polls every Cisco CUCM cluster server (publisher and all subscribers) for registration status of phones registered to the cluster server. It defaults to checking every 30 seconds which is the High Performance Profile in the Prognosis configuration. If this puts too much load onto the cluster servers and it is acceptable for Prognosis to poll phone endpoint registration status less frequently then how can I change this polling interval?
