Re: how to check on large conferences in Skype for Business using Prognosis 11.5 Conversations view

Prognosis 11.5 Conversations view has been enhanced for trouble shooting large conferences in Skype fo rBusiness monitoring. Here is a short video on how to check on large conferences in Skype for Business using Prognosis 11.5 Conversations view.

 Steps in this video:
- Web UI - Home
- Conversations
Session Type: Conference Session
- Click on a large conference (high number of participants) that has significant number of degraded experiences in it
- Click on a Participant with poor experience;
- Check the Participant's host to see if it has resource issues;
- Check other thing like subnet to see if any patterns like other participants on same subnet having same issues?
- and so on - drill down on various elements in the Session Details to find out more that should help narrow down what is causing poor degraded user experience.
