Wvlog error: Password entry is not available in the PASSWORD configuration.

Description: You are receiving an error similar to the following:

2015-11-06 01:53:01 F-05252059 adicorep 00668 irsftp 10.3.0 001624 - Password entry is not available in the PASSWORD configuration. Wrong password or the entry for SFTPrognosisCDR, user PrognosisCDR does not exist

Cause: As of Prognosis 10.3 there is a built in SFTP client called Prognosis SFTP. The above error is telling you that a device is trying to connect with a specific Logon that either has an incorrect password or the user does not exist in the Password Configuration.

Solution: Either change the source device to use an existing entry or add this entry back to the PASSWORDS Configuration in the format:

SFTP:<USERNAME>
Both the logon and password fields need values for this entry. See the online help topic for more information.

Note:The logon here does not need to be a physical account in windows. Changing the password for a similarly named entry in windows will not help.
