What are the specific Prognosis cloud IP needs to be whitelisted, and port ranges that needs to be open ?

All the IP addresses need to be whitelisted and the port can be found in Online help: Required Ports for Microsoft Teams .

Please note that there is no regional IP addresses lists of any particular region to be whilelisted only. This is because there is no guarantee that requests are routed only in the local region. As such, customers will need to whitelist as per the documentation.
