For Prognosis cloud to monitor MS TEAMS, the following permissions are required to allow access to the MS TEAMS Azure system:
- Read service health information for your organization
- Sign in and read user profile
- Read all call records
- Read all devices
- Read organization information
- Read all usage reports
- Read your organization's security events
- Read all user's full profiles
These are set up during the Configure Microsoft Teams Collector stage.
