Hi Nagaraja,
so I don't know why this change should affect the CDR collection which provides the information for your VQ reports but lets start to check some things to determine the cause of this.
- check if CDRs are pushed by CUCM to Prognosis can you check if the SFTP folder on the Prognosis server (usually C:\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\SFTP\home\PrognosisCDR\CDRData\ is updated by its modification timestamp (you will not find files in there
- check if the live dashboards for Voice Quality do show data but only the reports not (then is is maybe an issue with the database not running)
- check different intervals for the reports you bring up (Last 60 minutes, Last Week, Last Month)
- please post the URL of the report that does not work
