Re: Viusal Display Vector Step

Hi Samir,

The VDN/Vector elements require the licensing for Avaya Contact Center Elite (ACD) to activate the functionality. If you have not done so, speak to your account rep and they can provide details around the licenses and related cost. Once the licenses are in place, it's a matter of some fairly simple configuration steps.

If you would like to see the setup details along with some of the monitoring capabilities, take a look at our online help under - Home > Prognosis for Contact Center > Avaya Aura Call Center Elite

Thanks,
Randy

Re: Viusal Display Vector Step

Hi Randy,

Thank you for your response.

We have a license for Avaya Contact Center Elite. And I can see all VDNs, vectors and vector steps.

My problem is, I've implemented a customer display with vector steps on GUI, and I do not know, how can i configure the vector steps on my display as a visual graphic for Web.

Can you help me?

Thanks
Samir

Re: Viusal Display Vector Step

Your GUI display can be sent to the web and made accessible as a "key display". If you are unfamiliar with the process, you can find details in our online help under User Interfaces > Web Application > View Systems > Sending Documents to the Web Server. You can also simply search on "sending documents to the web" to find the results.

Let me know if you have any issues with the instructions documented there and I am glad to assist.

@El_Mallouki_Sam

The visualization of the steps are created exclusively in the Web UI of Prognosis based on the configurated steps within the PBX/ACD itself.
