Hi
One thing I am struggling with is how we get the product to track a singe record and record that in a data base so it can be viewed over time(in a graph format). Your UK service desk have been very helpful validating that the rcords are coming into Prognosis(which they are) but how do a i build a database to track the values and trend them over time.
As an examle, I am trying to track device Phone(PH) via the Avaya status record for the UP condition and count all registartion for phone type IP. Registraations of IP phones should be pretty static but want to see where it fluctuates and trend it over time(day/week). Is there a simple guide or video available to show me the key steps I need to go
through?
I know I need to get on the advanced course(or get myself out to Denver !) but any pointers would be greatly appeciated.
Thanks for looking
Jon

Thanks Gerald- this is brilliant.
Last thing- how woud I then view the results of the collected data over time in a graph format? can I do this direct from the DB and define a time/range and could this also be published to the web UI?
Thanks again.
Jon
Hi Gerald
I think I have worked out what to do now - thanks again for your support.
This has been extremely helpful to me.
All the best Jon
