Re: Using the "Forgot?" to reset a password on CEM "Collaborate Experience Management" the cloud SaaS portal

You will be able to reset your password by using the "Forgot?" link on the login page.

When you click on this link, it will take you to a new page to enter your email address. after you enter your email and select "send" you should receive an email within a few minutes to reset your password.

The email will come from "app_sys_mgr@ir.com" with a title of "Prognosis Cloud Password Reset".

There will be instructions to follow inside the email on changing your password using a one-time link.

Scenarios:

Never received a password reset email?

a. First check the junk folder. It is possible it has been filtered out.

b. Is the user part of the Service Provider/parent level as well as the child/customer level?

If this is the case, then the user will need to make sure that they are using the correct login link for the Service Provider not the customer portal link.
