Unable to find DSP 1937 status in CUBE router

Hello All,

Happy New Year! I hope everyone doing good.

We are facing one issue some of our clients. Receiving the alerts DSP 1937 is down from prognosis. We have validated the issue and we are unable to find the DSP 1937 status and configuration in the router.

Could anyone help us how and where to find out the DSP id 1937 status and configuration in the router.

Happy New Year!

Prognosis gets the status of DSP via snmp query on the CISCO-DSP-MGMT-MIB table of the router, particularly the OID cdspOperState. If the returned value of this OID is not 1 the alert will be triggered. 

To enable the DSP Operational State Notification on the CUBE server, please refer to the Cisco documentation. I found the below link which might be helpful:
