When i tried to add CUC as offline or with the WEB UI, i am getting error.
From Web UI - It says, no reply time out error
From Client - It adds up, and when i submit the configuration, it says,
Update system definitions and cluster files ...OK
Start new system definitions and cluster config ...OK
Update cluster processes and other configurations ...FAILED
ERROR: Failed to start 'IRCMD' even after trying 3 times:
ERROR: Error starting Configuration \XXXXXXXX\CLUSTER_CUC \XXXXXXX
Any help is appreciated.

To add CUC cluster into Prognosis monitoring, please ensure the CUC credetnails are configured correctly in Prognosis. I've included Online help :

If this is a first time adding CUC cluster, you may want to confirm your license info to ensure "PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Unified Messaging" is included. You can check this from IRGUI / Windows Server Overview / Prognosis status / License detail.
You can contact your Account Manager if you need assistance with your license options.
