Trunk MOS email/ threshold alert

Is it possible to send an email alerting via threshold for the MOS of a certain trunk? What could be the where clause? Or if its not possible via trunk, what other options we have?

Tried also the below but is not working.  Just need an alerting where if the MOS is poor it sends the extension or trunk details to the email.

To validate whether the threshold where clause is the one that detects and captures the event, the usual approach is to create a display with the same record and same where clause, then test the display on the server, make sure the Nodes to Monitor setting in the display is pointing to the Avaya CM, when the poor MOS score is displayed, it should also show the trunk group name, trunk group number as well as the trunk group member number, once this information is shown, you could put the same where clause into a threshold where clause, and test the threshold alerting to email.

Thanks for the help. Tried the below in where cluase but still getting alerts even if Good calls are pretty much high.
