The Prognosis Cisco CDR database is showing 'inactive’ with a Red X, how to start it

From a Customer:

I was attempting to go back more than 2 days on the Prognosis CDR Database. It is now ‘Inactive’ with a Red X see window below. I cannot figure out how to ‘Start’ it.

Also looking at the Wrap settings – I believe with these settings we can never go back more than 2 days, is that correct? I could not find a way to modify the Wrap settings.

1. Right-click on the inactive database and select properties
2. Click OK
3. On the top left hand side you should see a ‘C’ and a ‘S’ yellow database icon (just under the ‘View’ and ‘Options’ menus)
4. Click on the C database icon
5. Give it a name on the first tab
6. Go to Storage tab and increase the wrap
7. Click on Start
