Support for Cisco Quality Management

Hi,

    Does Prognosis support monitoring Cisco Quality Management as part of a UCCX cluster ?  The Cisco Quality Management servers are separate servers working alongside the UCCX cluster.

Thank you for the query. 

Prognosis supports all those servers in the UCCX cluster but does not support Cisco Quality Management server.

You might get in touch with account manager to find out the possibiliyt of getting Professional Service solution to CQM monitoring.
