Skype monitoring : In all event <skype cluster name> central : error 121

Hello, 

I installed a prognosis and configured the skype4b monitoring. Seems to works good, except that for windows event where i got an error 121 : database not know to the system.

I have no idea of how to handle this..

How can i know to what data this view rely on ?

Wich database is that and how can I start it (in the DB view I do not see anything that seems related to windows event).

Hello Christophe,

The error in the screen capture indicates the Dashboard is trying to access a Database Collection that is not running. The name of the target database and the node where it is expected are both part of the URL. Based on the error in the screen capture, it appears the WinEvents Database Collection is the one not started.

The SfB Database Collections need to be started manually after initial configuration. This step might have been missed during deployment.
