We are having an issue with "Server availability" report whic is showing inconsistant data or empty data . We are having the same issue on our multiple clients . Please help me how to trouble shoot and resolve this issue. This is high priority issue which is asking all my customer .

I have observed below configuration in my system, It is showing as "ResetRetrycount" .Is the right file to change value?
