We are looking at the data of a conference call. 8 people in a call of 25 reported issues.
IR is showing all calls with good MOS value. But there are callers with extremely high Worst latency (2100ms) and jitter. And the average latency and jitter is 0ms. And 0% packet loss. Does anyone know what exactly should we be looking at? The Worst latency or the average? The values are not adding up when compared with what the user is complaining.
Is there any documentation/training video explaining these values?
