I have a customer who would like to see a report of CUCM User video calls through IM&P. Users are on Jabber clients and place video calls through CUCM internally and through the Cisco Expressways externally. These are not TelePresence calls that utilize TMS or any other TelePresence systems. Is this a report that could come from the CDR or IM&P call data that is collected by Prognosis?
This customer is running CUCM 10.5 and has Prognosis 11.2 patch 4 installed monitoring CUCM and IM&P.

Jabber used in 'Softphone' mode is registered (via SIP) to CUCM for voice and video control/signalling, which mean the CDR info for the call is recorded in CUCM (CDR Repository), and voice/video call data pulled into Displays (or Prognosis Reporting).
If the customer wanted to see seperate/specific voice and video calls for Jabber clients, that would need to be a custom (filtered) display, or reporting
