Re: Reporter service will not start after force closing the UC Reporter processes

Your reporter service will not start after previously tryign to stop the reporter service and you force closed the reporter process. Says process in use as part of the error

Solution: It is always best to let the reporter service close even if this takes an hour. It is waiting for the currently queued summary jobs to complete. The solution to recover from this is to locate all the running ircmd processes in task manager (Only the ones belonging to the reporter service user) and 'end process' them.

Steps:
1. Stop the Prognosis service
2. Open task manager and sort by process name and go to the ircmd ones in the list.
3. Right click and select 'End Process' on them
4. Now start the Prognosis Service, then the UC Reporter Process (Or IPTMR if you on the older release)
