Recommended Browser?

Is there a recommended browser for Prognosis and more specifically for SfB? I'm noticing some differences between Chrome and FireFox. I can pull up the same finished called and FireFox will show hop data both ways whereas Chrome is only showing one and on the same call Chrome doesn't show the VQ360 link but it will show up in FireFox. I would figure either browser would work or IE but I'm wondering if there is a specific one that is developed and tested with Prognosis.

Hi Matt,

the behavior you are describing should not be happening. Can you verify, if Chrome/Firefox have exactly the same URL? If so, then it seems to be a bug. VQ360 link appears if detects call should have the VQ diagram. Let me know.

Hi Shoaib, I sent some screen shots to Michael Winston and did a demo for him during a meeting. It's odd that FireFox seems to be the best option for SfB and getting Hop information. I did copy and paste the same URL in both browsers.
