Hi Venkatesh,
Thank you for your query.
The "CMA - Cisco Services" display document you have modified has accompanying .query and .dashboard documents which overwrite any changes made to the .dpy document when publish to web, therefoere on webUI you still see the filtered services. You could rename the CMA - Cisco Services document, make the change then publish to web, and add it as a key display, in this way the web version of it will be updated.
You might also investigate the underlying service down issue.

David
Hello All,
I hope everyone is doing good and safe.
We have onboarded one new client recently in prognosis.
While onboarding we have added only one CUCM device in prognosis but the prognosis getting the information IM&P device also even though we didn't add and disable the auto-discover while adding the CUCM device.
Due to this, we are receiving the some unnecessary services alerts on the IM&P node.
Hence, we have made some changes in the thick client on services TAB and pushed it to web page and we are not able to see IM&P node after we made the changes in the thick client. However, in Web(GUI) page it was not updated.
Could you please help us what are other changes we need to do to get the updated same in WEB(GUI) page.
Please find the screenshot below for reference.
Thanks,
Venkatesh

Hello David,
Thanks for your response.
Could you please help us how to make the changes in .dpy to get this done.
Could you please provide the detailed steps for the changes.
Thanks,
Venkatesh
Hi Venkatesh,
The steps to make the change are as below:
1. Make a copy of the "CMA - Cisco Services.dpy" file in Prognosis thick client, and paste it into "My Displays & Configurations" folder;
2. Rename the document to something like "Filtered CMA - Cisco Services"; make the necessary changes you need, ie, filter out the services names by where clause modification.
3. Publish it to web;
4. Add this new dashboard to Key Display from webUI Administrator > Navigation; please refer to online help for key display instructions https://help.prognosis.com/prognosis/117/adding-key-displays-25166503.html
5. In webUI View System > Key Display page, launch this new display to test.
If you need further assistance please log a support case.
Regards
David
