Hello,
being a newbie in Prognosis I'm trying to find out what on Earth the Prognosis message
“RESULT: PROGNOSIS INTERNAL: 94: END OF REPLAY DATA FOR SPECIFIED TIMES”
could mean in real life…
The message is logged by the following call for ircmd for getting a db summary for an export of CDR data:
..\ircmd %SolutionDir%CdrExportCsv_start.txt OPTION e > %SolutionDir%CdrExportCsv.ircmd.log
Any hint is highly appriciated.
TIA,
Holger

Hi Holger,
That error is usually an indication that no data exists in the period you're trying to summarise. This can be due to attempting to summarise data that no longer exists (may have been wrapped out) or requesting data for an node data was not captured from.
If you log into the GUI and perform a 'quick view replay', you should be able to confirm whether data exists for the period you're trying to summarise. Checking the replay should also confirm whether the NODE you're requesting data from supplied any data for the record you're trying to summarise.
If you don't need to filter by node, you can use:
NODE #AllNodes
This will request data from all nodes data was captured from.
If the information above doesn't help, we may need to take a closer look at your summary document and source DB (if it's possible to zip that up and provide a copy). Opening a support case would be more appropriate to look into this further.
Hopefully this helps!
Regards,
Scott
