Prognosis for UC Cloud - Messages and Error Codes

SFBO_CREDENTIALS_NOT_SPECIFIED

Message: Username and password must be specified in order to set the Office 365 credentials.

 

SFBO_USER_NOT_FOUND

Message: Can not find credentials for this user. Please check the Office 365 credentials in Settings.

This error will usually be shown if the user is trying to run a conversations search but the Office 365 credentials have not yet been set in the Settings page by an administrator. Ask a Prognosis Online user with the Administrator role to update the credentials accordingly.

 

SFBO_UNAUTHORIZED

Message: Permission denied. Please ask your administrator to check your permissions, or raise a ticket if you believe this error has been shown incorrectly.

This error is shown when the user is trying to access a resource which they do not have permission to access (e.g. an Operator role user trying to set the O365 credentials on the Settings page).

 

SFBO_LOGIN_FAILED

Message: Failed to logon. Please check that the Office 365 credentials have been set in Settings.

This error will usually be shown if the user is trying to run a conversations search but the stored Office 365 credentials are invalid (e.g. the Office 365 administrator user has since been deleted). Ask a Prognosis Online user with the Administrator role to update the credentials accordingly.

 

NO_SFB_ADMIN_PERMISSIONS

Message: The Office 365 credentials specified don't have Administrator privileges for the Skype for Business Online tenant.

This error will be shown if the Office 365 credentials stored in the system don't have the Skype for Business Online Administrator permission. You will need to update the permissions for these credentials in Office 365 to allow administration of Skype for Business Online, or update Settings with a different set of credentials that have the correct access.

 

SFBO_FAILED_TO_CONNECT_TO_TARGET_DOMAIN

Message: Failed to connect to target domain. Please try again later, or raise a ticket if the problem persists.

This is an intermittent error when Prognosis for UC Cloud is unable to access Microsoft Skype for Business Online's servers in order to retrieve call troubleshooting data. 

 

SFBO_FAILED_TO_CONNECT_TO_REMOTE_SERVER

Message: Failed to connect to remote server. Please try again later, or raise a ticket if the problem persists.

This is an intermittent error when Prognosis for UC Cloud is unable to access Microsoft Skype for Business Online's servers in order to retrieve call troubleshooting data. 

 

SFBO_SERVER_INTERNAL_ERROR

Message: Server Internal Error. If this issue persists, please raise a ticket.

This is an internal error within the Prognosis for UC Cloud environment. If these are persistent, please raise a ticket.

 

SFBO_MAX_ACCOUNT_CONNECTIONS

Message: Reached limits for number of connections for this administrator to Skype for Business Online server. Please try again later.

Skype for Business Online provides a maximum number of connections that is permitted to be maintained by Prognosis for UC Cloud. When this is limit is reached, additional conversation searches are unable to be executed. Please try the request again at a later time.

 

SFBO_MAX_TENANT_CONNECTIONS

Message: Reached limits for number of connections for this tenant to Skype for Business Online Server. Please try again later.

Skype for Business Online provides a maximum number of connections that is permitted to be maintained by Prognosis for UC Cloud. When this is limit is reached, additional conversation searches are unable to be executed. Please try the request again at a later time.

 

SFBO_ACCOUNT_ADMIN_PASSWORD_EXPIRED

Message: The Office 365 account administration credentials password has expired. Please ask your administrator to update the Office 365 administrator password associated with this Skype for Business Troubleshooting account, and then re-enter them on the Skype for Business Online Troubleshooting settings page.

 

SFBO_SERVER_TIMEOUT

Message: Timeout connecting to the Skype for Business Online service. Please try again later.

 

SFBO_VALIDATION

Message: various error messages

 

SFBO_RESULT_PARSE_ERROR

Message: Unable to process the result from Skype for Business Online. Please raise a ticket for this issue, quoting the time and date of this error.

 

SFBO_SERVER_JOB_MISSING

Message: Unable to retrieve the results for the current search. Please re-run the search again, or raise a ticket if this issue persists.

This error is unlikely to occur, but usually indicates that the search results are no longer available. It is recommended that you re-run the search.

 

SFBO_BAD_CREDENTIALS

Message: The credentials were invalid - ensure the username is a valid email address.

 

SFBO_CREDENTIALS_NOT_FOUND

Message: The credentials were not found for this account. Please ensure your administrator has set the Office 365 credentials for this account.

This error will usually be shown if the user is trying to run a conversations search but the Office 365 credentials have not yet been set in the Settings page by an administrator. Ask a Prognosis Online user with the Administrator role to update the credentials accordingly.

 

SFBO_UNAUTHENTICATED

Message: User is not authenticated. Please login again.

This error is shown when the user's session has expired and they've tried to access a resource. Please ask the user to log in again.

 

SFBO_LB_TIMEOUT

Message: Internal timeout connecting to the Skype For Business Online Troubleshooting service backend. Please try again later.

This is an intermittent internal error within the Prognosis for UC Cloud environment. If these are persistent, please raise a ticket.

 

SFBO_LB_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

Message: Internal availability issue in the Skype For Business Online Troubleshooting service backend. Please try again later.

This is an intermittent internal error within the Prognosis for UC Cloud environment. If these are persistent, please raise a ticket.

 

SFBO_USERS_INDEX_UNAVAILABLE

Message: The user search index is not available yet. If this error persists, please raise a ticket.

This indicates that the user index created to support user typeahead search on the conversations page has not been built yet. If this issue persists, it often indicates an internal issue in creating the index, so please raise a ticket.

 

SFBO_LYNCDISCOVER_DOMAIN_UNCONNECTABLE

Message: Office365 Lync Discovery server '<domain>' is not publicly connectable. If this is a custom domain, please check that you have correctly configured DNS for your lyncdiscover address correctly.

If you have set up a custom domain for your Office 365 environment and are using this custom domain as part of the Office 365 credentials you are registering in the Settings page, please ensure that the lyncdiscover domain is set up correctly.
