How do I add a Cluster through Prognosis Thick Client?

Let me know if you have any questions.

Any reason you do not want to do this through WEB UI?

Hi Rishikul,

Go to https://localhost/Prognosis/Admin/

Select Add System

Select in the "Cisco UCM Cluster" on the drop down menu in the PBXs section and click Add

Start adding the Display name, IP Address, Customer Name and Site Name. You will need a Username and Password with a particular mode and port Prognosis needs to access the CUCM.

You will need to configure CUCM too
