Great to see you on the forum.
I'll reach out via email to you now and work out a good time to jump on a session with you to help install and configure this for you.

Install Involves:
Unzipping the package on Management node only
Configuring 3 extractors in the Extractor Configuration
Configuring 2 prompt values
Configuring 1 nodegroup
Restarting the Prognosis Service

Not too hard, but we want to be on the call with you to explain each display and help you overcome any initial problems it detects.

Hi Nicole,

I will reach out to you and get a time organised to work with you on this.
We do a remote session with you to install it and train you on it's features. This is usually a 1 hour call. Only 5-10 minutes is the install portion.
