Prognosis Record SBCCALL and MOS value

Hello All,

Prognosis SBCCALL record generate QoS metrics like MOS, Latency, Packet Lost, Jitter but I don’t see that metrics in the raw SBC CDR for the SBC Oracle Net-Net 4600.

The question is how Prognosis found this values.

Best regards,

Re: Prognosis Record SBCCALL and MOS value

Hi @Alain,

Oracle SBCs typically have the QoS data disabled by default. QoS data will need to be enabled in the realm-config.

Please see this Online Help page for details:

Thank you,

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your reply.

After a second look I found the QoS in the Oracle SBC CDR.

Note: not all line in SBC CDR contain the QoS.
