Prognosis - Perimeta SBC CDR.

Good morning. 

I'm monitoring two customer Perimeta SBC's and have a new requirement to configure the SBC's to send CDR to Prognosis.  The Perimeta SBC's initially create CDR in an XML format.  Can the Prognosis CDR Utility consume CDR in an XML format, or will have to transform the CDR format to CSV?

Hello @Jonathan_Beaver,

Perimeta SBC monitoring does not seem to be part of IR Collaborate On-Premises or Cloud monitoring.

The current Perimeta SBCs could be monitored by Prognosis using:

• Basic Ping type queries
  OR
• An Extended Solution could have been created to provide more data.

Processing Perimeta SBC CDRs will require additional code to put the information into Prognosis. This work should start with contacting the Account Manager to scope what is needed.
