Hi Guys,

i tried to install new Management server. i have installed SQL2012 and office 2010 and try to install prognosis management server UC reporting component not showing. please help how to proceed the same is the any document for installation steps and configuration.

Hi Nagaraja,

Once you complete the prognosis installation you must run the SetupUCReporter command. Please use the link below to teh Prognosis online help one running the setupucreporter.exe.

Thanks for the reply but my question is while installing time this component not showing in prognosis 11.2. is it normal?

Hi Nagaraja,

the check box for UC Reporter has been removed from the installer as a user selectable option however the components are still there as part of the Prognosis installation. It is necessary to run everything from command line as Levon mentioned in his post above.

Here is the online help topic with the syntax for that command. There are certain things it is fussy about:

SQL Permissions
Office Version (2010 is fine)
DCOM settings

If you attempt to run the command and get an error, either post it here and I will be able to let you know which of the above might need tweaking, or just log a support case and include an irfax and screenshot fo the command being run and the messages it has.
