Prognosis Insight Reports

Known issue or issue with my install? Unified Communications > Cisco > Cisco License Utilization select all sites or even just 1 the reports alwasy come back empty no data. Any help?

Hey Michael, I suspect it's an issue with your env. Is the Cisco License data available via the standard Prognosis display? Attached screenshot for reference.

Hi Michael,

what versions of Call Manager are you running in your environment? The Cisco License Usage record is available for CUCM versions 9.0 and above. As Kabi mentioned as well, you should be able to confirm that you have this data in Prognosis from the display listed above.

We're on 10.5 Cucm & yes see the license details in Prognosis, just not in the reports.

Thanks Michael. It may be best to log a support case so we can assign resources to investigate the issue. It appears that there may be something which is not allowing the data to write up to the reporting solution.

All - Thanks Randy, Kabi. This is for Reporter, it's the same data as the screenshot that was added above but in the Reporting UI. It's the Cisco License utilization report within the report pack. Other reports are working but not this one.

I am asking Christina if she has seen this, and we might be able to test it here, if we can replicate it. It seems the databases are working since other reports are working, but we can check to see if this data for license is in the database.

I will keep you posted.

Mike,

Looking into the record for this report, the dashboard in the webui has a couple different records, and it would appear that in part the report does use a different record, so I will look at that report in more depth, and see if we are reference the other two records, possibly to pull the usage. Should get an update for you on this shortly.
