Product in license Error mode ?

Hi,

Does this alert ID confirm that our web UI is in license error mode? The client is working fine but no users are able to log in to the web UI and this is the error we see.Capture.PNG

Hi Jonathan,

maybe you're underlicensed. Could that be? If you're in the GUI, can you have a look at the UCC Welcome Display or check the wvlog .txt under C:\Prognosi\Server\Configuration

Hi Jonathan,

this seems to be a standard licensing issue in which the web interface access has been shutdown do to license over utilization. If you take a look at the WVLOG.txt file located in the \Prognosis\Server\Configuration directory you likely will see messages indicating that you have exceeded your license counts. If so, your account manager can certainly address this right away.

No worries. The web UI shutdown precedes all of Prognosis shutting down as long as you remain over license utilization. You likely only have a few days before you lose visibility to all of Prognosis until the licenses are updated.
