Path Insight Support Expiration date different than just Expiration date
Path Insight Support Exp date different than just Expiration date - Gives error when logging in but doesn't stop you from normal functionality.
I don't know why it gives the error that briefly pops up and then goes away just telling you your Support Expiration date is expired. See below:
I couldn't get a screenshot of the error, but customer said it didn't pop every time but I never captured a screenshot.
It still allowed login and normal functionality once logged in, didn't affect anything.
Create a case in the Community portal for IR Support at community.ir.com and request in the case description that you'll need the "Support Expiration date" confirmed it's expired and changed - pending agreement with IR Account Manager
IR supportwas able to fixon the back end. Our Keys Team was able to fix after confirming the Path Insight License Account Page and made the adjustment to the expiration date.
As a customer, just let a few minutes or more pass by. Then try one of the following to refresh and resolve:
Log out/Log in of Path Insight
Just refreshed if signed in after some time
Or click 'validate license' button in the Configuration tool
