Hello,
Is the Oracle SBC (Acme Packet Net-Net) OS VM (emulating a 3820) ECZ7.3.0 supported for CDR and Voice Quality and Voice Quality history?
Because in the Hardware oracle SBC 3820 I don't have any issues.
VM: Acme Packet OS VM ECZ7.3.0 MR-2 Patch 17 (Build 404)
Oracle Linux branches-6/el6-u9 {2017-12-14T07:00:00+0000}
Build Date=02/02/18
Appliance: Acme Packet 3820 ECZ7.3.0 MR-2 Patch 11 (Build 313)
Oracle Linux branches-6/el6-u8 {2016-10-01T07:00:00+0000}
Build Date=06/16/17
in the SBC Voice Quality Central : I don't see anything
in the SBC Voice Quality history : I don't see anything .
If I look at the SBC accounting , Radius CDR all is ok .
here are the output of show commands :
sh accounting

Hi There,
Yes. The SBC Voice Quality Central and SBC Voice Quality Historical should show calls with voice quality for an Acme 3820 just fine in Prognosis 11.4. The output you've included from the SBC looks like the config has been entered there fine so if it has been activated and the SBC rebooted it should be OK to send CDRs to Prognosis. (Online Help for details of this )
Next step then is to see if they arrive at Prognosis. Here's a trick. Stop Prognosis service to stop it vacuuming up the CDRs, + at the same time keep Prognosis SFTP service running to receive CDRs, then check the folder location to see if the CDRs are arriving there after calls finish: C:\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\SFTP\home\PrognosisCDR\CDRData\SBCname\
That should confirm that the SBC side config is all good if CDR files are arriving at the Prognosis server.
Then start Prognosis service again and those CDR files should start disappearing as Prognosis reads then in and then deletes them.
Note other considerations (details in Online Help )

I forced a reboot again on the SBCs and it works now.
Hey that's great news. We're glad it is fixed. Just a follow-on note that Prognosis should work fine with both S-CZ7.3.0 and E-CZ7.3.0. Note that these 2 models have the same Service Provider Accounting Guide https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E61547_01/index.htm.

We are running Oracle SBC (Acme) CZ7.3.0 on Prognosis 11.2 the CDR's are being received on the Prognosis server, I stopped the Prognosis service as suggested to confirm this. The further recommendations below have been validated and the SB?C has been rebooted. The voice qaulity statistic however are all showing 0 as per the screenshot
Hi, None have voice quality indicating that the received CDRs are all missing voice quality (Jitter, Latency, Packet Loss), and that the SBC is not putting those into the CDR files it sends to the Prognosis server. One approach to address this would be to turn off Prognosis service for a short time enough to get a copy of some of those CDR files to give to Oracle Support to help so that they can investigate why this is happening.
