Network Manager - Prot Traffic Display showing error 109

Hi, Can someone advise how to fix this issue? It shows me Error 109: Database node not available.

Hi Lukasz,

I suspect the database needed for this dashboard/display is not running.
I believe the database needed is called "NT - Network Database" and needs to be running on the monitoring node level.
- Located Knowledge\Common\Network Manager\Historical Reports\Database Collections (See screenshot)

Please try starting this one and let me know here on the forum if it gets the data flowing on the dashboard for you (Give it time to populate the database)

Thanks Adam. I started these DBs on all Lync Monitoring nodes and will check in some time if I can see the data now.

Hey Lukasz,

you can also check what prognosis node its trying to read data from. This would be ''databasenode=" parameter in the URL. If it is 'Current' then it would be referring to the Managing node, else it would be the node name.

I do not think your company has looked at these infrastructure capabilities too closely in the past and I do think there is good potential there for you to use these for certain data requirements.
