I've had this happen a couple times now. If I reboot a 11.2 patch 3 Prognosis Monitor when it comes back up it displays in my Prognosis Manager as "Unlicensed". I verify the license is correct, and exists. Restarting Prognosis on the Monitor does not fix this. I also tried removing and reading the Monitor from the Prognosis Manager Network configuration. The Monitor appears to be functioning, but I cannot view it or any of it's monitored devices from the Mananger.

Nicole, there are a few things in licensing that can impact this such as number of nodes or number of servers licensed. Are all of your nodes sharing the same Prognosis license? I would recommend opening a support case as it will likely require a deeper level of investigation to determine why the nodes are showing license disconnects.
