I would like to know if we can configure prognosis to monitor the NICE recording server?
and if there is any recording failure can prognosis capture alert?

The only way to monitor the NICE server and recordings is with IR's Call Recording Assurance (CRA) product. The CRA product would need to be deployed by Professional Services because of the complexity involved.
If you are only interested in the Up/Down status and general server status from the NICE servers, IR offers a much simpler and less expensive option.
