I am yet to find a log file that shows an output for all registartions-what we need is a CLI output like what we see under elements/session manager/user registrations

The OE log could be periodically checked by prognosis for any entries for 'unregistration'-this would at least help when we see phones go down.

Prognosis can periodically check the log for specific entries and alert on it. If there is an immediate demand for this, I'd recommend speaking to your account manager to engage ir for an extended solution around above mentioned monitoring.

Starting with Session Manager 7.1.1, there is now an API available for this. From the Avaya DevConnect page for Session Manager:

  • Session Manager Element Manager Web Services API, new in release 7.1.1, is one of the Web Services comprising of the System Manager Web Service. The EM Web Service provides programmatic access to Session Manager Dashboard and User Registration status data.
