Is there a way to increase the Avaya Finished Voice Streams display time beyond standard 24hrs?

In Prognosis 11.7 is there a way to increase the display of Avaya Finished Voice Streams for a particular extension  beyond 24hrs  and possibly set it to a week or longer?    The CDR retention appears to be set to 65 days by default so the data should be there to pull from.

Hi Nathan,

Yes it is possible to extend the time range. To show the voice streams for a longer period, the replay document will need to be modified to replay the historical data in longer time, eg "Relative to current time" 7 days ago, then republish this document. Recommend to build this display as a custom display (eg add a new "7 Days Ago" link next to the "48 Hours Ago" link), and also need to build a "7 Days Ago" replay document and publish it, then add the main display to the Key Display list.

Hi David,

Can you elaborate on how to acomplish this?  24 hours is just not enough data for us as we may receive a request for MOS scores that are a week old.  Thanks for your assistance.
