I want more than 24 hours of subnet call history

How do I change the date/time scope? I want to be able to show a week or a month worth of data.

The database it is using for this replay display can be be modified on the fly in from within the IRGUI interface. 

This particular database utilizes Lync-CDR under Knowledge\Microsoft\Lync\Databases which should have a longer duration than 24 hours in it but up to 15 days or 20 gigs of data.

I do noticed the 24 hour period though you have on the screen is with the the small silver dot all the way to the right corner.. have you moved it to the left and seen the time period change? I know for some users on their browsers they regularly miss that scroller dot in the webui.. so wanted to just double check you saw that.
