How to manage and add multiple Path Insight Servers into Prognosis

If you do need to add 2 or more Monitoring services into Prognosis, main thing to point out is edit the Multisite.cfg (Program Files (x86)\IR\Path Insight).  It has the instructions in the file but watch the video for detailed explanation

If you do need to add 2 or more Monitoring services into Prognosis, main thing to point out is edit the Multisite.cfg (Program Files (x86)\IR\Path Insight).  It has the instructions in the file but watch the video for detailed explanation

Solution Summary:

1. Navigate to \Program Files (x86)\IR\Path Insight

2. Open up Multisite.cfg file.  It does have instructions inthere

3. Navigate to the below

;
;Current Site Name URL
;------- -------------- ---------------------------------------------------
YES Denver http://sfserver.companyname.com:8084
YES TULSA http://sfserver.companyname.com:8084

4. After entering that and hitting save>restart Path Insight Service

5. Should be able to refresh the page or go to \Program Files (x86)\IR\Path Insight>weblink shortuct file

6. It'll bring up the Path Insight Page, refreshed, and should show the Site Name you added in the top left of the screen, as shown in the video

6. For every server you do add, you will need an additional license for each one you add
