How do I find my Path Insight Version Number, MAC Address or Customer Number when asked by Support:
- Navigate to the following directory: \Program Files (x86)\IR\Path Insight
- Find and open the "MonitorConfig.exe" (aka: Configuration Tool)
- It should look like this when you open, in the highlighted portion you'll see the Customer Number, MAC Address and Version, amongst other things. At least the Version and Customer number are pre-requisites to ask for for every case
